Financial Investment
Investing in your mental health and well-being is one of the most valuable choices you can make. It's a foundational step towards living a more fulfilled and authentic life.
I firmly believe that your mental health should never be compromised, and access to quality care shouldn't be a mystery.
That's why we prioritize transparent pricing. This isn't just about listing numbers; it genuinely reflects our deep commitment to your journey towards healing, personal growth, and lasting well-being. We want you to feel confident and clear about your investment in yourself from day one.

I currently accept the following insurance plans: Aetna and UHC.
Any co-payment for payment towards the deductible is due upfront at the time of your appointment.
I also can be an Out-of-Network provider for most other insurance companies. Please check with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement rates (for many insurances this may be 30%-70%). Often, this may be a tax-deductible medical expense. We are able to take payments from FHA, HSA, and HRA accounts.

This policy helps us keep our practice running smoothly and allows us to give care to all our clients. Plus, showing up consistently really helps you make the most progress in therapy, and this policy helps us both commit to your healing journey. Thanks for understanding.

Let’s Talk About Insurance
Dealing with insurance can feel confusing, so here’s a little clarity. I use Headway to handle all insurance billing, which helps make the process smoother for both of us. Headway will provide you with your specific rate, but it’s always a good idea to double-check your benefits directly with your insurance company—just to be sure.
If you call, here are a few helpful questions to ask:
Are mental health services covered under my plan?
What specific services are included (like therapy, counseling, or psychiatry)?
What’s my copay or coinsurance for mental health visits?
Do I need to meet a deductible before coverage starts?
How much does my plan cover per session?
And if you get stuck or feel unsure, I’m happy to help guide you through it!
